Stretch band mobility
30s x 2sets each side
Stretch band hip flexor mobiliser
Stretch band hip / glut mobiliser
Stretch band hip adductor mobiliser
Stretch band hip / hamstring mobiliser
Stretch band hip posterior capsule mobiliser
Stretch band ankle mobiliser
Voodoo band mobility
30s each exercise – never wear band over 2 minutes
Voodoo band deep squat
Voodoo band lunge
Voodoo band mountain climber
Voodoo band deep knee flexion
