We explain a little bit about ourselves and why we are putting on this video course and what you can expect from it!
Understanding the Performance Pyramid and how it can streamline and enhance your training is key to getting the best results you can as a rugby player.
We’ll go into each level of the pyramid in detail over the next week and give your targets to get for each. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
