Rugby Strength Training: Cluster Training

Cluster training is very effective but also very demanding so try and use it for a couple of weeks when quick strength gains are needed and then revolve to another less stressful training technique. It is best used with your big compound lifts and good to use building up to strength testing as it helps you practice racking and unracking the bar for heavy single efforts.
